All properties enjoy hydro, telephone, fully-serviced municipal water and sewer system (no septic tanks), plus garbage, recycle and green bin collections. Bayshore Village is served by the Ramara Township Fire and Rescue Services and is protected by fire hydrants. Satellite TV and Bell Fibre (14G high-speed internet, community priced service) are also available.
Most municipal services are underground, giving us uncluttered, natural views.
