Summer's Just around the corner and soon the pool will be open. When it does:
Monday & Friday 11:00 am - High Energy Classes
For High Energy - Weights are required. Noodles are provided. If you need more of a challenge, deep water floatation belts are a good idea.
Wednesday 11:00 am - Low Impact, Stretching Class
