Activities - Fitness Opportunities

Check the Bayshore Events Calendar for the latest schedule as some programs may change due to a holiday, other commitments or activities. Keep in mind that there are many other fitness opportunities such as pickleball, tennis, aquafit, the list goes on as you can see by clicking on Activities.

WALK FIT:Low Impact Aerobics with Leslie Sansome (WalkFit) Is a one hour taped program that takes participates through a variety of marching and stepping routines to achieve an aerobic work-out. The program can be adapted to your level of fitness and tolerance. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 am upstairs at the Hayloft.

SMART: Stands for Seniors Maintaining Activity Together. It is a one hour gentle exercise program designed for seniors. It runs weekly on Fridays at 10:00 am upstairs in the HayLoft. It is administered by VON (Victoria Order of Nurses) who can be reached at 705-326-7021 or local contact Karen Semple at gfsemple@rogers.com.
