How to obtain and access TeamReach
1) Get the App for your phone.
If you already have Teamreach installed then skip to 3).
If you don't already have TeamReach installed then you can load it on to your iphone from apps.apple.com/us/app/teamreach-your-team-app/id1101253705 or to your Android phone from the Google Play store at play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.teamreach.app&pli=1 . TeamReach is not available for desk/laptops running MS Windows, Linux etc.
2) Create your profile and account.
3) Now enter the group code usually found at the top of the screen for the (click) Activity that you wish to join assuming the activity is listed on the website. The code is case insensitive, so caps or not makes no diference.
4) To show that you plan on attending, enter the Group Code for the group you'll playing with, click on the calendar icon (second icon from the left) and then on the next screen (attending ?) mark yes. To see who else is playing click view.
If you don't know the group code it can be found on the Activities, page for the activity you wish to join in brackets beside the activity name. If you entered it correctly it should confirm that you have successfully joined the group. Depending on how the activity code was set up you may have to wait for the team leader to approve you.
General Info.
If you don't have the TeamReach app installed you should consider doing so. It is a very efficient way of maintaining a calendar of when your activities occur and who will or will not be attending a given activity. It can also be used to email information to all the people signed up in your code and also optionally, allows members to upload their photos to the TeamReach app that all other members can see. If you would like to create a group simply log on to your TeamReach application and click on the + sign at the top of your TeamReach home page and follow the instructions.
If you don't already have team reach then you can load it on to your phone from The app store (Apple/iphones) or Google Play Store (Android). Not available on window computers.
If you want to closely monitor and control who is to join your group, you can select the "private and approval" option under group type which means you must approve each applicant.
