Summer's on its' way and it's time for Aquafit!
Please note that Monday morning High Energy class time has been changed.
High Energy Classes: Mon 11:00 - 11:45am and Wed. 5:30 - 6:15pm
Water Weights are required.
Noodles are provided
If you need more of a challenge, deep water floatation belts are available (for a small donation)
Simply Stretching Classes: Tues 5:30 - 6:15
No equipment is required
