They call it Bayshore South. This is the second year in a row that Bill Pike has bravely offered to host a pickleball event to which Bayshorites from various parts of Florida assemble for the second annual high point pickleball tournament.
To quote our illustrious Commish (Dave):
"So many people to thank. 1st off Bill and Anne for hosting the 2nd Annual Bayshore Village Pickleballers at the Highpoint Pickleball Club in Brooksville Florida. Thank you to Coreen Recobe/Merry and the Club for allowing us to use their equipment and courts. Also need to thank the Bayshore fans who came out to support us from Bayshore, Liz & Dave Meharg, Sylvia Child's & Ken Hill, Kay Beacham & Lorne Mcaig, and Bill Ecklund. Big thank you to Chris Iles and Karen Dolan for assisting in the organization of the games. A big thank you to our esteemed photographers, Debbie Dennis and Amanda Knapp. We all ate some wonderful foods provided by all the players at Bill and Anne's home. It was amazing to have so many travel from different locations in Florida to play Pickleball and socialize."
