News - WALKFIT Exercise Class Mondays at 10 am

WALKFIT will start on Monday Dec 4 2017 at 10:00 a.m. and continue every Monday except Dec 25th and Jan 1st.
WALKFIT is a fast paced walking program done to Leslie Sansone videos. It involves knee lifts, sidesteps and kicks as well as gentle arm movements. The program is easily adapted to all fitness levels. The videos are three miles long but you may choose to do one, two or all three miles. Each mile is approximately 15 minutes.
The only equipment needed is a pair of running shoes and water.
The class is open to everyone. Come on out and have some fun.
