A tabular page at the beginning of each Bylaw indicates where a change has been made, other than spelling, punctuation, and format. No edits have changed the intent of a Bylaw.
The proposed simplifications and edits have been published for Member comment, multiple times since Sept 2018 AGM.
Therefore it is proposed to make a motion at the AGM to seek Membership ratification without further lengthy discussion.
